  1. AUH Connectors PURPOSE: To introduce the AUH crimp style wire-to-board connector series.

  2. AUH Connectors PROBLEM: Many applications require a wire-to-board connector that is sub-miniature in size and that offers engineers design flexibility. SCRIPT: The AUH series wire-to-board connectors are on a 1.85mm (.073”) pitch, molded in a 94V0 PBT, SMT compatible, polarized and have a secure friction locking feature when mated. These low profile connectors have a height of only 1.85mm (.073”).

  3. AUH Connectorscrimp style wire-to-board connector series SCRIPT: The ADH crimp style wire-to-board connector series is available in 3 (2 power/1 signal) & 5 (4 power/1 signal) circuits and will accept a wire range of 30~22 AWG. The connector is rated at 5.0 amp AC/DC using a 22 AWG wire, a rating of 30 volts AC/DC and operating temperature range of -25C to +85C.

  4. AUH Connectorscrimp style wire-to-board contacts SCRIPT: The AUH contacts which are designed to accommodate 30~22 AWG wire and are gold plated over a nickel underplated copper alloy base material.

  5. AUH Connectors SCRIPT: The housings are molded of a RoHS compliant, 94V0 PBT material.

  6. AUH Headers SCRIPT: RoHS compliant, 94V0 heat resistant resin, surface mount headers are available in side (right angle) mount. Header contacts are gold-plated (nickel stripe), copper alloy, nickel-undercoated and reinforcements (for additional mechanical strength) which are tin plated nickel-undercoated copper alloy.. Headers are provided on embossed tape for automatic insertion equipment.

  7. AUH Connectors SCRIPT: The AUH crimp style wire-to-board connectors offer design flexibility. Uniquely constructed, these connectors feature a socket half that is mated with the header from the vertical direction, while the wires come out of the socket connector in the horizontal direction. Removing the socket connector from the header is also in a vertical direction. This construction allows the placement of the header anywhere on the printed circuit board. This flexibility enables components to be placed all around the connector header without causing any connector mating concerns.

  8. THE AUH SERIES IS ENGINEERING & MANUFACTURING FREINDLY SCRIPT: Applicators are available for semi-automatic and fully automatic termination equipment normally found in the manufacturing environment. Standard reels (power contact 18,000 & signal contact 30,000 pieces) are available for manufacturing.

  9. The AUH crimp style wire-to-board connector series is a sub-miniature connector with unique features and benefits. SCRIPT: • Subminiature in size and pitch • Secure friction locking between socket housing and header in the case of wire-to-board. • Available in 3 (2 power/1 signal) & 5 (4 power/1 signal)positions in the wire-to-board version with side entry headers • RoHS compliant SMT product • Supported with termination tooling for full manufacturing requirements.
