  1. Cardiovascular Diseases And Their Preventive Measures Cardiovascular Disease is one of the major causes of death across the globe. Cardiovascular disease affects the function of the heart such as arteries, veins, capillaries and valves. In many cases, it damages arteries of organs such as the brain, kidneys, eyes, heart, and brain. Cardiovascular heart diseases are more common than one might think and there are several types of cardiovascular diseases such as heart attack, heart failure, pericardial disease, abnormal heart rhythm, coronary artery disease, heart valve disease, etc. Heart Valve Disease: Heart valves are present at the end of each chamber of the heart. It helps in maintaining the blood flow and regulates the expansion of valves according to requirements. When there is any problem with a valve the blood flow gets affected. Heart valve diseases include aortic stenosis, Mitral valve insufficiency, and Mitral valve prolapse.

Balanced diet: A healthy balanced diet helps in maintaining a good body balance.
