  3. When, where and who • Date: 6th to 8th May 2009 • Venue: Centro de Congressos de Lisboa (http://www.lisboacc.pt/portal) • 350 invitations to top level EU decision makers, EU and international partners, experts in the areas of policy, responses, trends and horizons

  5. Recent developments • Draft programme finalised • All speakers, chairs and rapporteurs accepted the invitation • VIP invitation letters being finalised • EMCDDA and Reitox will start preparing posters this month • Online registration to open early in 2009

  6. Scientific Committee involvement • Programme Committee • Speakers and chairs of sessions • Input and advice on how to better disseminate and use results
