  1. Raven Zaal Getting Back to Good Health Raven Zaal is a professional health coach who believes you can take control of your body and get back to good health. She knows what it is like to be overweight and go through sickness and depression. Her story began in 2007 when she weighed 267 pounds, she had to do something and had to do it fast. She took control of her situation by starting to eat right and provide her body with the right nutrition, she began to lose weight and turned her life around.

  2. Raven Zaal Making a Difference Raven Zaal is an experienced holistic health coach. After successfully turning her life around from being overweight and sick to healthy, she decided to put to practice what she learned in life. She wanted to make a difference in the lives of other people, and dug deeper and became a holistic health coach. She helps educate and empower women to eat clean and regain their lost energy. She uses natural solutions and various essential oils in her programs.

She has helped several clients to detox and return to the peak of health by stressing the importance of eating natural, chemical-free foods. She uses various essential oils to help bring the body to a perfect balance with nature. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with specialization in management.
