研究目的
  • 動機:目前停車場的收費方法
    • 停車
    • 取停車票卡或刷悠遊卡

    • 開發智慧型停車場的車牌辨識系統。

車牌特徵強化平滑化濾波和二值化

車牌影像前處理車牌字元分割字元正規化
  • 灰階化
  • Histogram equalization
  • 平滑化濾波和二值化

垂直和水平投影擷取出每個字元

正規劃後的字元大小為8*16 pixels

結論&未來工作
  • 系統已完成:
    • 擷取車牌、字元分割和字元辨識。
  • 未來方向:
    • 透過車牌的其他特徵,如長寬比、車牌的變異數等特徵,來增加車牌擷取的正確率。
    • 可以加上選擇性的Histogram equalization,來增加分割的正確率。
