You can start by closing your eyes and feeling your body parts. These few minutes of break can have a great impact on your well being. Focus on breathing Taking stress can influence breathing and proper breathing can reduce your stress. One of the best techniques to reduce stress is alternate nostril breathing. Stay grounded with massage We all run in our day to day life and one of the best ways to relax your mind is through a well being massage.
