  3. NATIONAL LEGISLATION WELL PROTECTED • Social security ( but covers only the formal sector, should be extended to informal sector also)- India • Labour legislations partially protect the workers’ rights (Hong Kong,Thailand, Indonesia)

  4. NATIONAL LEGISLATION INSUFFUCIENTLY ENFORCED India And Indonesia Equality/ non-discrimination in employment and occupation • The contract labour (regulation and abolition) act • Safety and health (Thailand) • Forced labour (Thailand)
