  2. What is GeoPass? Secure single sign-on authentication system Allows multiple web applications and applications to use a single user directory Provides a seamless user experience across peer GeoPass integrated sites.

  3. Why do we use GeoPass? Users do not have to log in multiple times to access different web applications Ability to communicate with peer website by cross referencing the same users. Need a simple authentication system for your website but do not want to build your own

  4. How does it work? GeoPass is built on top of JOSSO – a open source Java based single sign-on solution Provides a plug-in for integrating web applications to GeoPass Provides REST services for integrating applications not residing on the same web server.
