  3. Positive thinking and positive communication • Turn every negative statement around to word in a positive tone. • Avoid negative signage • Surround yourself with the right people • Nothing will drain your energy more than a cynic • Take control, life is managed

  6. Learning to be Descriptive • Paint the picture • Bring it to life • Inform them like a friend • Be the solution

Adjectives Paint the Picture • Descriptive words that explain, portray, define, illustrate, characterize, narrate, express, depict, recount • {Example} GREAT – extensive, extraordinary, powerful, unsurpassed, commanding, illustrious, prominent, glorious, stately, excellent, stately, magnificent

  9. Bring it to Life and Sell the Product • Make them want it • Testimonials • What it will do for them • Personal • Make them successful • Steps that make it doable
