COACH provides the following functions (3) • Auto validation of consignment details • versus list of approved Countries or Regions of origin • versus list of approved Establishments • versus list of Countries approved for residues • versus specific conditions at Destination • Auto generation of frequency of checking • Recording the results of documentary, identity & physical checks including sampling & laboratory test

  8. COACH provides the following functions (4) Recording of final veterinary decision on consignment Electronic Forwarding of consignment information to other BIPs or Inland Veterinary Offices, if necessary Printing the relevant BIP certificates (CVED)

  10. Technology of COACH • Written in Java • Application Runs also on Linux, Unix or Apple OS • Application could run without internet access • Automatically updating system (live update)
