Purpose of the RFI • To Inform Implementers: • Introduce HCM-Payroll Modernization including possible mandatory requirements • Provide information to enable initial development of proposals prior to the RFP • Communicate the anticipated RFP content and timeline • To Inform State of Indiana: • Gather information for the potential strategies, approaches, timelines, costs and considerations for the HCM-Payroll modernization roadmap • Understand issues and concerns with RFI/RFP content • Understand RFP content enhancement opportunities that can help respondents submit high-quality, executable proposals Indiana Department of Administration

  8. Mandatory Requirements • The State intends to select and contract with a single qualified primary Vendor. The following are the possible primary Vendor qualifications. • Experience and ability to lead the process and technology transformation and modernization as explained in this RFI. • Experience leading multiple PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM upgrades and/or re-implementations to completion for state governments who faced similar challenges as those explained in this RFI. • Experience leading multiple state government PeopleSoft 9.2 Payroll implementations to successful completion. It is preferred for those implementations to be migrations from legacy systems with similar challenges as those explained in this RFI. Indiana Department of Administration

RFI Response Preparation Indiana Department of Administration All narrative responses must be provided to the State in a PDF format and should be single-spaced pages written with a font size no smaller than eleven (11) point. Responses should be submitted as 2 PDF documents, one for the content requested in section 7.2 of the RFI and the other for all supplemental materials.
