Market Conditions • Budget cuts are still impacting education and government spending • Competitors have slashed prices to stay afloat which is driving down price and negatively impacting margins • RFP process is being favored over purchasing contracts • M&A activity is beginning to increase- however today may not be a good time to exit but it is a good time to plan • NISD Bond passes- $29M earmarked for building and bus security over the next few years • Deer Park Bond Passes- $4M earmarked for security Property of LenSec, LLC - Confidential
