  3. A way they that the Nile River showed evidence that it was important to Egyptians survival was that it overflowed it’s banks each year. When it overflowed it’s banks it deposited fertile soil. Then the Egyptians used the fertile soil for farming. And when the Egyptians farmed they had crops to eat. When they had crops they had plenty of food to eat, which meant that the extra crops they had were surplus foods. And with the surplus they could stock up on the crops, they were able to eat food when it came to Winter and droughts. Also they did not have to farm as much when they had surplus foods to eat. 4. Another way that the Nile River is important to the Egyptians survival is trade and transportation. When they needed to trade they used boats to trade there items to other cities. Another reason is that if they needed to travel they could traveled threw the Nile River by boat, instead of traveling by foot. Every city is near the Nile River so whenever they needed to trade something they would just travel down or up the Nile River in a boat. Finally, they could go fishing in the boats farther out into the Nile River. Support

  5. The Egyptians are very lucky to have the Nile River as one of their main resources. It was easy for trade and transportation. With many fish in the river it was easy for them to hunt for them. The Egyptians were lucky and unlucky when the river overflowed its banks. They were lucky because it deposited fertile soil, they were unlucky because it destroyed their crops. Insight
