Adult Degree Completion/Online Programs • Jones College offers some business courses in a distance learning format • There are not any business degrees offered completely online • Adult Degree Completion and Prior Learning Assessments (PLA) refer ONLY to degrees offered in MTSU’s University College

  4. Upper Division Form – the big picture Your catalog year is 14-15. These forms are 13-14. Degree & Major Check this column for the following notations: Sub/TBR/Validate, etc. Transfer Course Grade Your graduation requirements and minor are on the back Transfer School Notes impacting your progress

  5. Upper Division Form If the Grade column is blank – this course has not been completed or we have not received all of your transcripts

  6. Registration Checklist If MMR or CP is listed as NEEDED, you may only take 11.99 hours until proof is received. We need your updated grades Anything listed here prevents registration If you are currently enrolled in classes or we have not received all of your transcripts, the suggested course list may need to be revised. Scheduling Suggestions Full-time vs. Part-time 12-18 = full-time 15-16 hours is average load if you want to graduate in 4 years <12 hours is part-time Meeting Days missing classes will impact your Financial Aid MWF = Monday, Wednesday, and Friday55 minute classes MW = Monday and Wednesday 1 hour 25 minutes TR = Tuesday and Thursday1 hour 25 minutes

  12. Scheduling Suggestions Sciences • All Natural Sciences and HLTH 1530/1531 in the Social/Behavioral Science Gen. Ed. include a Lab • You must register for the course and the lab at the same time • You must enter the 5 digit CRN for both the lecture and the lab at the same time Accounting ACTG 2110 for Fall 2014 has mandatory Friday testing days once a month that are not visible on your open sections list: 9/19, 10/17, 11/14 from 2 to 3:30 PM 12/5 from 2 to 4:00 PM
