  2. Hi, everybody. I’m Miss Lin. We’re going to start our new lesson right now. 今天，我們即將學到的是「形容詞的比較級與最高級」，首先要先了解形容詞的三級變化。

  3. 第一章 形容詞三級變化(一) • 形容詞有「三級」，分別為─原級、比較級、最高級 • 例：1. 單音節或某些雙音節的形容詞 • 原級 比較級 最高級 • small smaller smallest • cheap cheaper cheapest • nice nicer nicest • large larger largest • big bigger biggest • happy happier happiest

  4. 形容詞三級變化(二) • 例： • 2. 某些雙音節以及三個或三個音節以上的形容詞 • 原級 比較級 最高級 • modern more modern most modern • beautiful more beautiful most beautiful • expensive more expensive most expensive

  5. 形容詞變化歸類(一) 一、單音節或某些雙音節的形容詞─ 1.規則變化：如cheap→cheaper→cheapest 直接在字尾加“er”成為比較級 直接在字尾加“est”成為最高級 2.不規則變化： (1) 如 nice → nicer → nicest 字尾“e” 直接加“r”成為比較級 直接加“st”成為最高級

  6. 形容詞變化歸類(二) (2) 如 big → bigger → biggest 重複字尾再加 “est” 字尾“短母音+子音” 重複字尾再加“er” (3) 如 happy → happier → happiest 字尾“y” 去“y”，加“ier” 去“y”，加“iest” 二、某些雙音節以及三個或三個音節以上的形容詞 ─ • 如beautiful→ more beautiful → most beautiful 加“more”成為比較級 加“most”成為最高級

  7. 第二章 形容詞比較級基本句型 • 比較級基本句型如下： • A+beV+比較級+than+B. • →A比B(較、更)~ *注意： 兩者比較時，用比較級。

  10. 第三章 形容詞最高級基本句型 *最高級基本句型如下： S+beV+the最高級. →S 是最 ~的。 *注意； 若是三者或三者以上作比較，就要用「最高級」哦！

  12. Mary Tommy John Ex1：John is the tallest. Ex2：Tommy is the shortest. Ex3：John is the heaviest of the three.
