This light and satisfying soup is perfect for balancing all three doshas- Vata, Pitta and Kapha. Ingredients: •1 cup split yellow mung dal •1 tbsp ghee •1 tsp cumin seeds •½ tsp turmeric powder •½ tsp ginger powder •4 cups water •Salt to taste •Fresh cilantro for garnish Instructions: 1. Rinse the mung dal and soak for 15 minutes. 2. Heat ghee in a pot, add cumin seeds and cook until they pop.
