Other types of emergency shelters can be set up in areas where people have been made homeless by natural disasters. People who are homeless are provided shelter or moved into emergency shelters. Red Cross, UNHCR, Red Crescent and Red Cross are some of the emergency services that provide shelter for homeless people. These emergency services first look for large buildings that can accommodate homeless people. The homeless can be moved into a school or hall.
