  17. Strategies for Adult Participation • Directly ask “open” parents to take on one “one-off” position (such as recharter czar) • September meeting split part/most of the time to just parents and explain firmly that they are obligated to help • Fill out survey forms

Budget • Previous Actuals (separate report) • Planned Budget • Will address at Aug PCM • Tentatively $twentysomething dollar joining fee (to cover 1/3 year of charter, boys life, small fee to pack) • $5 monthly dues • In Nov or Dec (after all popcorn is complete), finalize budget and see if we can reduce the dues • Fundraising Goals • Will address at Aug PCM (basically as much as we can from Popcorn Show & Sell and Popcorn Orders)

  19. Miscellaneous • Chose not to participate in popcorn show and sell due to lack of anyone willing to take it on this year.
