It includes analyzing all options (Make, Buy/Make and Buy) and a comprehensive analysis of both 9’ and 24’ conveyors on 7/14. The plan aims to complete cost savings review and renegotiation by 7/21 followed by reviewing all options with Management and finalizing future Manufacturing Strategy by 7/28.
