  1. Everyone leaves a story “By faith Abel offered to God a better sacrifice than Cain, through which he obtained the testimony that he was righteous, God testifying about his gifts, and through faith, though he is dead, he still speaks”(Hebrews 11:4).

  2. AngIstoryasaImongKinabuhi

  3. How will I be remembered? “unsanamarkaangatoangigabilin kung kitamamatayna?” Will it bring them closer to God? Could your life help make their lives better?

  4. DaghanKlasingIstorya • Confusing stories: 1 Kings 11:4 • Tragic stories: 2 Timothy 4:10 • Hidden stories: 1 Timothy 5:24-25 • Finishing strong: 2 Timothy 4:7

  5. Proverbs 20:7 “A righteous man who walks in his integrity how blessed are his sons after him” “A bad legacy, on the other hand, requires no effort for attainment.” If we do nothing to improve our lives today, our tomorrow and those who will be in it are the ones who will suffer.

  6. Ecclesiastes 10:1 “Dead flies made a perfumer’s oil stink, so a little foolishness is weightier than wisdom and honor” “It takes far less to ruin something than to create it”(masdalimangguba)

  7. We can start our legacy now.. We must not let our “past” control our present • we can break free from the cycle of sin and be a generation of victors. • If we came from a home of broken promises and failure, we can choose to pass on a legacy of honesty and success (Joshua 24:15). • Bad politicians breed very bad politicians

  8. (Bad politicians breed very bad politicians) • in our common point of view, politicians are typically full of promises and compromises ex. Karonbakalugginagmaynaputhaw.. Ugmatibouknagyudnarelis.. • We are NOT (and SHOULD NOT be) the ones that shall be held accountable to pay for their spiritual bankruptcy • Jesus gave us freedom.. We are free to choose whether to stay in the loop of sin or not

  9. The Legacy of Love • God always came first. • We loved the truth. • We loved our neighbors. • We loved our enemies. • We loved brethren (1 John 4:11).

  10. The Legacy of Impartiality • Everyone stands on level ground. • Everyone can succeed. • We showed respect to all men. • We avoided thinking too highly of some (as if they could do no wrong) or too lowly of others (as if they could do no right).

  11. The Legacy of Evangelism “So he was reasoning in the synagogue with the Jews and God-fearing Gentiles, and in the market place every day with those who happened to be present” (Acts 17:17).

  12. The Legacy of Discipline • The importance of discipline today The community’s a great mess if it lacks discipline • The pastors are not Disciplinarians.. God is. Our message: We are just messengers of Truth.. Its good if you obey God.. Something bad will happen if you don’t.. (the blunt truth)

  13. The Legacy of Prayer The parents should teach their children about God as early as possible “train up a child in the way he should go..” • Teach them about God.. Talk with them about God.. Counsel them about God.. Guide them about God.. So on and so forth.. • There is no reason to worry (1 Peter 5:7)
