This name was chosen because it relates to the product/service that is given/provided, it sounds nice and both partners agreed on this name. Business logo Business goal/purpose This business is going to provide nice hot coffees which people could sit and enjoy them whilst talking with friends or simply trying to keep awake. Our short term goal is to have regular customers in the first 2-3 months. Our medium term goal is to become a well known coffee shop Our long term goal is to open up more coffee shops in more locations Why you chose that particular business We chose to do a coffee shop because we wanted to do something simple and that would be use by almost everyone, so that we won’t have to worry about customers.

Some of the coffees include:Mocha- Espresso, chocolate syrup, milk and whipped cream. Caffé Latte- Espresso, tons of milk and foam. Cappuccino- Espresso, milk and tons of foam. Americano- Espresso and water. Breve- Espresso , half foam and half milk Espresso- Espresso and nothing else. Iced coffee- Coffee, milk and ice. We will also sell assorted cakes and pastries. (the red dot) Reason of location choice We decided to place our business next to Sunshine train station because a lot of people will be passing by our business on their way to work or school or any where else they are going. With our business right next to the entrance to the station, people will find our business very convenient and be able to just grab a quick pick-me-up and be on their way. This will ensure good business for us.

Human resources • The types of staff we will need for our business is as follows: • Store manager – We will need to have a store manager during opening hours to make sure that every thing is running smoothly. The store manager will ensure that everyone is doing their jobs and no one is slacking off. • Barista – We will need to have at least one barista , perhaps two during peak morning hours to keep up with demand. The barista will be make the coffee expertly. • Waiters/Waitresses – We will need to always have one or two waiters/waitresses always to serve customers and to clean up after any messes. The number will increase during peak hours. • Cashier – We will need a cashier during peak hours, so that some work will taken off the other staff. The cashier will only work during the mornings. • Contracted janitor – we will have a contracted janitor to come in once or twice a week and do some proper cleaning around the shop.
