    4. Fields and Formats User Defined Fields are grouped into tables Each User Defined Screen references only 1 table Can enter all information in one big table or separate into small tables The System table accepts only one entry per employee, other tables allow multiple entries per employee

    5. Fields and Formats Menu Path: HR\Setup\U.D.S. Builder To add a new field, first choose the System (Profile Master)
