  1. More Projects • Here are some more pictures of student’s projects from grade 8 through 12. • Plus some pictures of projects that I have done.

  2. Bowl • This bowl was turned using the wood lathe. • It was made from Black Walnut, and Western Maple. • Made by a male grade “12” student.

  3. CD Case • CD case made from Western Maple. • The tambour slats were made from 3 different species of wood. • They are Orange Padauk, Western Maple, and Black Walnut. • Made by a male grade “10” student.

  4. CD Case • This CD case is made of Western Maple. • Made by a female grade “10” student.

  5. Clock • This clock was made of Red Oak. • Made by a grade “9” student.

  6. Cutting Board & Clock • This clock was also made from Red Oak. • Made by a grade “9” student.

  7. Shelving Unit • Made from Western Pine. • Made by a male grade “8” student.

  8. Shelf • This shelf was made from Red Oak. • Made by a female grade “9” student.

  9. Napkin Holder • Western Maple frame. • Western Maple, and Black Walnut lattice work. • Made by a male grade “10” student.

  10. Rustic Stool • Rustic stool was made of branches. • The seat was made from a slice of pine tree trunk. • Made by a male grade “11” student.

  11. Chest • This chest was made from solid Red Oak wood, with Red Oak plywood. • Made by a male grade “12” student.

  12. CO2 Batmobile • Co2 Batmobile was craved out of a piece of Western White Pine. • Made by a female grade “9” student.

  13. Coffee Table • Coffee table made out of Red Oak, by a grade “12” student.

  14. Coffee Table • This coffee table was made of Red Oak with inlayed glass top. • Made by a grade “11” student.

  15. Coffee Table & TV Table • The left table was made out of Red Oak with dowels inserted in the middle. • The right table was made out of Western Maple. • Both projects were made by a male grade “12” student.

  16. End Table • This end table was made from Western Maple. • Middle inlay is Eastern Rock Maple. • Border around the inlay is Wenge Wood. • Made by a male grade “11” student.

  17. Futon • Futon made from Red Oak. • The middle pieces made from fir core plywood. • Made by a male grade “12” student.

  18. Futon • This futon was made out of Red Oak. • Fir core plywood as the middle pieces. • Made by a female grade “9” student.

  19. Hope Chest • Western Maple hope chest, with box joint corners. • Made by a female grade “11” student.

  20. Trunk • Red Oak Trunk, with a half round lid. • Made by a grade “11” student.

  21. Guitar • The main body of the guitar is made from Bird’s Eye Maple with Black Walnut strips. • The neck is made from Eastern Rock Maple with an Ebony fret board. • Made by a grade “10” student.

  22. My Projects Here are a few pictures of the projects I have built over the last 10 years.

  23. Goblet • This is the goblet that I made out of Black Walnut. • The rings were turned right on the stem of the goblet.

  24. Coffee Table • I made this coffee table out of 2” Red Oak. • I inlayed the top of the coffee table with 8” by 8” tiles.

  25. Pendulum Clock • I built this pendulum clock out of Red Oak. • The clock parts cost more than the wood used to make the clock.

  26. Hockey Card Case • I built this project out of Black Walnut. • I made this project at BCIT.

  27. Picnic Table • I built this picnic table as a wedding gift for a friend. • It was made out of Western White Pine.

  28. CD Case • This was probably the hardest project I have ever attempted. • Everything was made from Red Oak. • Guess how many tambour slats there are per side? • 186. THE END!
