• 2011 research from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology provided statistical evidence that 50-year-olds can be every bit as fit as 20 year olds.
A 2007 McMaster University study showed 70 year olds who did resistance training 2x a week over 6 months reversed the number and activity of mitochondria (cellular engine) by 40-45 years, giving them the strength, energy, and metabolism of 25-30 year olds.
