    32. ENERGIE CHIMIQUE L’énergie chimique est stockée dans des corps chimiques, des molécules, qui ont eu besoin d’apports d’énergie importants pour être créés.

La biomasse (ensemble de la matière végétale) est une véritable réserve d’énergie, captée à partir du soleil grâce à la photosynthèse.La biomasse peut produire de l’énergie par combustion dans une chaudière. Elle peut aussi produire par méthanisation du biogaz, qui sera converti en énergie. Des procédés permettent aussi la production de biocarburants à partir de colza ou de betteraves (diester, méthanol…)
