You can share your complaint with a full description in the GST forums and boards. Though this will not help in solving your problem but will help others in understanding the type of frauds that are taking place. Always before making a payment check the GST rate applicable on products and services. Recently, the government has also come up with “GST RATE Finder App” which you can use to find the exact GAT rate for any item or service. Please remember that anyone can file a complaint against any shopkeeper/dealer charging very high GST tax or any fake person posing as GST officer in any of the options provided above.
