  5. Why building collapse...?? • Bad design. • Not strict monitoring by engineer. • The contractor pursuit to complete the project quickly.

  6. Effect of unsuitable material used... • Cause building damage • Government will be lost • The economy of country will be down.

  7. Solutions... • Tighten law by government. • Monitor the work progress.

  8. - To define the problems in the building construction. - To determine the effects of this issue. - To determine the solution which are to solve the problems are related to building construction.

  9. Research question... • We have distribute the question among civil engineering student. • We prepared about 30 set of question. • We have 15 male and 15 female student answered the question. • We analyse the result using graph and chart.

  13. The efficien way to improve the responsible parties in a construction project. Qualified professionals should be engaged. Proper training and monitoring of personal of the job. Federal government should have stable policy on building approvals. More laws tightened.
