  4. Current Situation • High utility costs • Old furnaces • Oil heating • Systems over 25 years old • No wastewater metering • Swimming pool in use only three months per year • Low tennis court usage with high maintenance costs • Yearly flooding in surrounding lakes • Slow revenue generation

  7. Initial Analysis: Utility • Utility bills • Water treatment, electricity, oil, gas, etc. • Equipment in Use • Utility consumption • Life and maintenance history • Heating and Cooling (HVAC) • Pumps and boilers • Centralized or not

  8. Initial Analysis: Site Usage • Usage by building • Number of visitors • Peak hour usage • Total amount of space • How space is used • Totalsquare footage • Future plans • Event types and corresponding site requirements
