  3. Needs • Provide beneficial training and educational opportunities for people in the Western U.P. • Provide a skilled workforce to meet employer needs for business and regional economic growth • Cultivate an environment where agencies can be proactive vs. reactionary in addressing needs

  4. Opportunities • Greater collaboration among stakeholders to secure outside resources to develop and support programs addressing needs • Strategically utilize existing resources to meet programing needs • Facilitate informed decision making in the delivery of training and education based on real and anticipated needs
