Event Setup for LegalShield: Large Tables, Seating Arrangements, and HVAC Details

Prepare for the LegalShield event on Saturday from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Set up large unskirted tables, ensuring comfortable seating with chairs arranged in chevron style for classroom format. Maintain the room temperature at 68 degrees, cooling it the night before or at least a few hours prior to the start. Include a water station and ensure there is adequate spacing between rows for accessibility. Additional chairs may be provided to accommodate up to 100 attendees. Reminder to include garbage cans for convenience.
