  2. Project #2: Farmer’s Market • Students will finalize product selections this week. They will begin building products, and identify the projected supply needed so that we don’t run out goods. 4th graders will help us price our goods. Second graders will also be contributing to our booth by making an additional product. We have begun discussing supply and demand, and will look at how we are interdependent by importing and exporting goods to and from other countries.   4. Thursday and Friday Create a brochure about a country, specifically how the United States imports resources from this country. Be sure to answer these questions in your brochure… *Why did you select these imports to include in your brochure? *Are any of these imports also built or found in the United States? If so, why did you choose to import them? *What might happen if those imports could not be imported into the United States? Be sure to include in your story board 1 picture for each cause/effect event. You can take pictures, draw pictures or find them on the computer. When you are finished with your story board and have pictures, you will upload your pictures and writing to Photo Story.
