2. Facility Study 2007-08 History • Doug Pretty introduces Bill McCarthy, McCarthy & Smith, to Pastor Doug Blaikie. • Doug Pretty and Bill McCarthy met with members of Building Committee in July 2007 to explain what and how a Facility Study could be accomplished.

3. Facility Study 2007-08 History • August 2007 - Building Committee hires architects Wilkie & Zanley and construction manager McCarthy & Smith to conduct Facility Study which will lead to conceptual drawings, estimated costs and schedule.

4. Facility Study 2007-08 History • Summer/Fall 2007 Onsite investigating, discussions with city conducted by Wilkie & Zanley. • Preliminary concepts presented in September 2007 to Building Committee. Committee directs team to further study additions option.

5. Facility Study 2007-08 History • McCarthy & Smith prepares cost estimates and schedule options. • Team presents report to Building Committee on December 19, 2007.

19. Options to Consider • Scenario #2 • Construct the multi-use addition at a later time. $1,300,000 Alternate for shower room facilities $20,000 Cost is based on 2008 construction dollars. Average price escalation per year is 4-5%.
