After graduating from the University of California, Santa Barbara, she worked for a number of companies in the San Diego area, including Mail Boxes Etc. corporate, Intuit, Abbot Pharmaceuticals, Sequenom, and Pfizer Global Research and Development. In 2006, Nancy joined BuilderMT as Manager of Technical Writing. This team helped develop software documentation, product training materials, and product-related videos for customers. Even though her skill set is growing more “technical” thanks to being around the BuilderMT Development team, Nancy considers her strength to be handling the softer (yet vital) exercises for projects, such as requirements-gathering and understanding customers’ needs. These strengths serve her well in her current role as a report writer consultant for BuilderMT.
