  10. First Day of School Attendance Follow your school’s “No Show” procedures. DO NOT take attendance in Infinite Campus. Your office will print rosters for you. Turn in your paper attendance by the office deadline.

  11. You should receive a Sub Attendance Roster from your school office for the first day of school. Elementary will take attendance for HOMEROOM only. WJW, CAG, and CCHS take attendance for each period of the day. • • • Sub Attendance Roster

  12. Regular Daily Attendance You should complete this task within the first ten minutes each day (each period for WJW, CAG, and CCHS). Do not get on the bad list for neglecting attendance!

  13. Every child is marked “P” for present on this screen by default. Click the “A” for students who are absent or “T” for those tardy. Be sure to check that these actual students are in your room – Do not count heads. Click Save when you have finished recording attendance.

  14. iPad Distribution Only academic teachers (Pre-K through 9th Grade) get iPads. iPads are used for teacher management purposes. School Media Specialists are in charge of iPads.

It is also a live video streaming system so that we can distribute videos to all classes at the same time or do a live news show.
