  1. What to Expect when using the IVR? Dial 1-888-TX-HHS-HR (1-888-894-4747) • The IVR provides you with the ability to: • process certain transactions or • listen to certain balances or • seek help from an Service Center Specialist • in a secure environment using your touch-tone phone. • You will need your Employee ID number and personalized PIN. • Listen to the menu options and select your choice. 1  Press if you know the direct extension of the Service Center Specialist who you are attempting to contact.   2 Press if you wish to continue your call through a Spanish-speaking Service Center Specialist. OR Stay on the line, and follow the prompts to use the additional accessHR IVR services. Identify Yourself When prompted enter your 11-digit Employee ID (or stay on the line if you are not an employee). If you do not have your Employee ID available you will be transferred to a Specialist. Next, you will be prompted to enter your personal 6-digit PIN (or generic PIN consisting of your birthday: mm/dd/yy). Note: If you are a first-time caller, you will be prompted to select a personalized 6-digit PIN. You will need to enter your: Date of Birth Home Zip Code You will be presented with the Main Menu Options. Navigating Interactive Voice Response (IVR)

Sick Bonus Holiday Comp Holiday Comp Overtime Leave Overtime Leave Vacation Time Enter the date as “mm/dd”; e.g., May 15 = 0515 Compensatory Vacation Time Regular Comp Time Administrative Understanding the IVR Main Menu Options and your Choices Navigate the Main Menu Options Submit Leave Requests More Choices Submit Leave Requests You can Submit your Leave Requests for the following Types: You can request multiple days of the same leave type within a singletransaction. Note: you must have leave balances to use this option. Your submitted leave request may not reflect requests made within the last 48 hours.
