  2. Morten Hass 2006 Beginner’s Programme The purpose of this programme is to build a habit of positive running, where each training session is a positive and injury-free experience. Run slowly, at a ”conversational pace”, where your breating is relaxed and lets you talk to a running companion. If you are unable to run (or talk) for the entire time of your session, you must choose a slower pace. The longest training session of each week - emphasized with bold - should be run slower than the other sessions. Test your speed in tuesdays’ session in week 17-22 - emphasized with italic - increase your pace slightly after 10 minutes of running.
