  3. Throwing • Stand sideways to target • Extend non throwing arm to target • Reach throwing arm back to a 90 degree angle • Lead with your elbow • Bring throwing arm over the top • Snap your wrist • Finish with • Body weight transfer to front foot Back to skills

  4. Fielding • Use knees to lower body to the ground • Line your body to keep the ball in the middle of you • Keep hands and glove in front of your head • Watch the ball into the glove Back to skills

  5. Hitting • Line up knocking knuckles- non dominate hand on the bottom • Feet shoulder width apart • Bring hands up to your ear • Body weight on back foot • Keep eyes on the ball • Rotate your hips as you’re swinging • Back foot pivots, like squashing a bug QUIZ TIME
