lessons learned
Lessons learned
  • Keep in mind: eLearning has 90% educational objectives and only 10% technology
  • Attract the students, the teachers will join
  • No more words about eLearning, demonstrate by results
  • For the beginning, the short useful courses bring the good results
  • More freedom in learning progress for the students
  • Create the motivation for the students - give them a recognition of course
  • The “brand” of institutions improves the value of course (in our case the NDC)
  • Deliver the tutoring support. The students appreciate it and they feel inside the learning environment.
  • No more than 20-30 students /tutor. We started with 50 and now we work with ….80
