India is called the home of spices.  You will not find any Indian dishes that are complete without using any spices. As Indians, we have a strong bond with the spices and spicy food.  People use various spices to give a good taste to food.  The different country knows spices by different names. Such as in Hindi, people called it Masala.  Spice not only gives a good taste to the food but also they are used as medicine. They have many health advantages and are also used in making several medicines.
