  2. ABHYANGA - AYURVEDA BODY MASSAGE Abhyanga is a synchronized Ayurveda massage done by two trained therapists. Herbal medicated oils are applied in the body with adequate pressure rhythmically in downward direction. Depending on the specificity of oil used it balances the Tri-Doshas or three bio-energies, relaxes body and mind, improves circulation and detoxifies the system.

  3. SHIRODHARA Medicated oil / decoction / milk / butter milk is poured in a continuous stream over the forehead for a specified time keeping the temperature constant. This technique relaxes and heals the nervous system. Effective in head ache, Insomnia, memory loss, graying of hairs, psychosomatic disorders, neurological and developmental disorders including Autism spectrum disorders.

  4. AVAGAHAM Decoctions of various herbs are used as a bath concentrating mainly on the spinal and abdominal region. Effective in spinal problems (Intra vertebral disc prolapse), genitourinary tract and gynecological disorders.

  5. PICHU Medicated oil / herbal paste is applied over the crown chakra for a specified time. Relaxes the nervous system and very effective in neurological disorders.

  6. TARPANAM Medicated ghee bath to eyes which cleanses, rejuvenates the eyes. Improves the eye sight, strengthens the optic nerve and eye muscles. This procedure relives computer vision syndrome, dry eyes, ocular muscle weakness, retinopathies and other eye disorders.

  7. KARNA PURANA Ear therapy which cleanses and lubricates the ear and its appendages. Dislodges impurities, reduces itching, ringing in ears (tinnitus), fights hearing loss etc.
