QUALITY SUPERVISOR • Key Responsibilities: • Leads the development and implementation of a quality plan to drive continuous improvement in plant performance. • Develops and manages quality assurance metrics to measure opportunities for improvement, progress on goals and accountability for performance. • Identifies, troubleshoots and drives resolution of production quality deficiencies and problems. • Works in conjunction with the Process Engineer to reduce variation and eliminate waste in all plant processes.

7. Process Engineer Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field. Minimum 10 years experience in an Engineering role. Work experience in plastics manufacturing industries essential (thermoforming and extrusion of hard plastics – rPET, PP etc.) Demonstrated ability to successfully execute capital projects. Engineering/Maintenance Department leadership experience would be an asset. Ability to teach and build sustainable work processes, understanding of Mechanical and Electrical processes.

9. Electrical Engineer Windsor, ON Qualification: • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical • Engineering • 7+ years’ experience in industrial and/or facility engineering • Professional Engineer (P. Eng) • designation in Ontario required
