Leads the development and implementation of a quality • plan to drive continuous improvement in plant performance. • Develops and manages quality assurance metrics to • measure opportunities for improvement, progress on goals • and accountability for performance. • Identifies, troubleshoots and drives resolution of production • quality deficiencies and problems. • Works in conjunction with the Process Engineer to reduce • variation and eliminate waste in all plant processes. • Monitors quality impact of new production processes, • methods or equipment • Identifies relevant quality training needs and implements • training. MACHINE OPERATOR Job Statement The Production Machine Operator will be responsible for the efficient smooth running of the production machine(s) assigned on a given shift, according to established procedures, following all safety protocols and workplace policies. Essential Functions • Performs assignments in accordance with established safety policies and procedures. • Adheres to the Quality Policy, including all items assigned to this position in accordance with SQF policies, procedures, and work instructions.
