  2. Once received, place the printer box on a plain surface and follow the steps to setup the printer. Initially, pull the printer carefully out of the box. The box contains manuals, warranty and important papers. Save it for future use. Take USB cables, ink cartridges, power cords, and other essentials that came out with your printer. Place your printer near the power outlet.

  3. Pull out the power cord. Connect one end to the printer and another end to the wall outlet. Connect your printer directly to the wall outlet. Press the power button and wait for few minutes for the printer to complete its booting process. Paper and ink loading process: Once the printer gets started, follow the displayed instruction on the printer control panel to finish the remaining HP printer setup process. Set preferred language, date, and time on the printer control panel.

  4. Open the ink cartridge access door. Take the ink cartridges of the printer, remove the cap and be cautious not to touch the copper contacts of the cartridges. The copper contacts are sensitive and relative damages can cause poop print quality and ink leakage in the future. Following the paper loading process. Open the downloaded software, accept any terms and conditions. Follow the on-screen instructions displayed on the screen to complete the HP driver installation process.
