  2. About Us The National Local Government Customer Service Network is a non-profit organisation made up of professionals who work in customer service within Local Government across Australia. Currently there are 117 Council members and 10 Corporate members from across Australia. Our Council membership has increased by 15% in the past few months. MIDROC Councils who are members of the Network include: Coffs Harbour, Bellingen, Kempsey, Port Macquarie-Hastings, Greater Taree and Great Lakes Councils.
