  2. Temple A temple is the symbol of hope and peace. Every Indian believes household is incomplete without a home temple. It is said that a home temple brings good luck while pursuing out all the negativities from the house. According to Vastu, a wooden temple is auspicious and considered to be more devout than the. But not every home is blessed with enough space to build a pooja room.The temple at home, is a sacred place where we worship God. So, naturally, it must be a positive and peaceful place. Instead, keep it on a raised platform or pedestal, advises Parmar. “The temple should be made of wood. Avoid temples made from glass or acrylic. Do not clutter the temple. Ensure that you do not have multiple idols of the same God or Goddess, either in a seating or standing position in the temple. The temple , should not be cracked or damaged, as it considered is inauspicious,” suggests Parmar.
