Overview of Redeployment: Equipment / Cargo Adazi Tapa Amari Tallinn Tartu Vilseck Ropazi Ventspils Lubeck • Equipment/cargo from Adazi/Tapa/Amari will be moved to Ropazi rail head via highway or directly to Ventspils in Latvia • Russian gauge train will move selected equipment/cargo to Ventspils • All equipment/cargo that arrives in Ventspils will be transloaded onto Ferry for movement to Lubeck, GM • Selected equipment/cargo will be transloaded from Ferry onto German train at Lubeck for movement to Vilseck • Selected equipment /cargo will be moved via highway from Lubeck to final destinations i.e. 2 x Kalmar and 1 x K-Loader Final Dest. Redeployment Mode: Hwy (Ropazi & Ventspils) • Equipment/Cargo movement to Ropazi rail head, Latvia: • 1 x Kalmar will be transported from Adazi to Ropazi rail head to support rail loading • All containers that were transported via rail from Germany • 2 x R-11 Refueller and 1 x K-loader will be transported by commercial Lowboy from Amari to Ventspils on 21 Jun • 1 x Kalmar will be transported by commercial HET from Adazi to Ventspils on 27 Jun • JMTC containers, the fest tents, and the cots (19 x 20’, 3 x 40’ and 2 x ISU-90) will be picked up by commercial trucks from Adazi to Ventspils on 27 Jun • 1 x Kalmar will be transported with commercial truck to Ropazi rail head to support rail loading • Units are responsible for getting their equipment to the rail head unless there is a local contract established to haul certain equipment

Redeployment Mode : Rail (Ropazi-Ventspils) • Loading the Russian gauge rail cars at Ropazi rail head in Latvia: • Units are responsible for loading their equipment on rail cars • DLA 1 x 20” container • 2CR cargo • 21st TSC cargo • Freight Forwarder is responsible for BB&T • Loading of Train #1:24/25 Jun; Train #2: 25/26 Jun • 21st TSC (CW4 Slusher) oversees loading of Russian rail cars

Redeployment Mode: Water “Ferry” (Ventspils-Lubeck) • Transloading equipment onto Ferry at Ventspils: • All cargo from Train #1 and Train #2 • 2 x Kalmar, 2 x R-11 Refueller, and 1 x K-loader • JMTC containers, fest tents, and cots (19 x 20’, 3 x 40’ and 2 x ISU-90) • Ferry departs Ventspils on 01 Jul, ETA Lubeck, Germany 03 Jul • Freight Forwarder will provide SITREP to SPO TIB (Mr. Reidl)

Redeployment Mode: Rail (Lubeck-Vilseck) • Transload equipment onto German rail cars in Lubeck: • All cargo from Train #1 and Train #2 • 2 x R-11 Refueller • JMTC containers, fest tents, and cots (19 x 20’, 3 x 40’ and 2 x ISU-90) • Train #1 with 2CR equipment will depart Lubeck first on 04 Jul, ETA Vilseck 05 Jul • Train #2 departs Lubeck on 05 Jul, ETA Vilseck 06 Jul • Hwy movement from Lubeck to final destination: • HET will transport 2 x Kalmar to Grafenwoehr • Commercial Lowboy will transport K-Loader to Ramstein • Other 21st TSC equipment will be transported to K-Town via commercial highway

Redeployment Mode: Air • Air movement for Coalition Forces: • See the flight schedule slide • Bus Movement of Pax/Baggages from Tapa and Adazi to Riga Airport: • Coordinate for busses and baggage trucks • Coordinate for escort for movement from Estonia to Latvia border and from Latvia border to Riga airport
