  2. Eliminate smoke and odors caused by kitchen emissions with Air & Odour Management (AOM) system and Air & Water Filtration Solutions (AAWFS) for air refreshing method. AOM, a well-notable title in the Commercial kitchensexhaust uses ozone generators to remove grease and odors from the kitchen exhaust system. Ozone takes a minimum time of two seconds to contact with the grease particles and odour and to destroy them from the kitchen. AOM equipment is often located outer side of the kitchen. The AOM remote indicator (RI) indicates to the kitchen staff the status of the ozone generator. A green light shows ozone generator is working and a red light shows it is not working.

  3. AWFS uses Electrostatic Filters, Portable OZ-O3-7G (POZOG), Ozonated Trash Bin (OTB) and Odour Control-Ozone (OCO) for filtration of air and water. Electrostatic filters remove smoke, grease particles, odour and cooking fumes safely. POZOG, OTB and OCO destroy kitchen exhausts odors’ cleanly and powerfully with nature’s own powerful air purifier ozone. AAWFS remote monitor positioned within clear sight of your kitchen staff. Remote monitor shows a green light means the ozone systems are working normally and a red light means these are not working.
