  2. Uterine Fibroids are abnormal non-cancerous growths of the muscle tissue of the uterus that develop in or on a woman’s uterus. They grow into the form of tumors which range in size from small seedlings, which are undetectable by the human eye, & bulky masses as big as a grapefruit. Therefore distorting and enlarging the uterus quite large and cause severe abdominal pain and heavy periods.

  3. Many women go through the uterine fibroids condition sometime in their lives, however, they are unable to recognize as they cause no symptoms at times. But if detected the common Symptoms of Uterine Fibroids are; Heavy prolonged menstrual periods and bleeding, Pain associated with Intercourse, Pelvic pressure or pain, Frequent urination, Difficulty emptying the bladder, Constipation, Backache or leg pains.

  4. A Uterine fibroid is not a common disorder which occurs very frequently in women. Thus causes for Uterine fibroids are difficult to determine, which could range from the Influence of Hormones in the body, Family history, Growth factors, and last but not the least the Lifestyle.
