Registration of the E-commerce FBOs As per the issued guidelines for e-commerce food business operators, the FSSAI stated, “E-commerce FBOs shall be covered under schedule-I of the Food Safety and Standards (Licensing and Registration of Food Businesses) Regulation, 2011. Market-Based Model of E-Commerce: It refers to an e-commerce activity that acts as a link between the buyer and seller by providing a digital platform for networking.
