Ordnance Clothing Factory Shahjahanpur Recruitment 2016 Exam Pattern For Various Posts Maximum/Minimum Qualifying Marks in Written Test & Breaking of Ties in case of Equality of Marks in Written test (only for Non Industrial Post): Durwan –    Minimum Qualifying Marks in written test for UR candidate   First Criterion for Breaking of Ties in case of Equality of Marks - have seniority over one born later)  Second Criterion for Breaking of Ties, if ties still persist after applying the first criterion- Alphabetical order of first names in the English alphabet.  The number of candidates to be called for the measurement of physical standards & screening test on the basis of merit in the written test shall be in the ration of 1:10 to the number of vacancies.
